Where can I park?
Entrances/Exits to Underground Plaza Parking Ramp:
Enter either on Second Avenue South, or on 12th Street South. The Plaza Ramp has handicap parking -- elevators and a skyway connect the Ramp to the Convention Center, allowing easy access for wheelchairs.

Where do I unload?
As there will be many exhibitors needing to unload at the same time, your help, patience and cooperation is appreciated. Arriving as early as possible allows us all ample time to get set up and work out any last-minute details. If you unload in the front of the convention center, please remember to move your vehicle to a long-term parking spot as soon as possible. Information on unloading will be provided in your Exhibitor information kit. If you have any questions, call Expo Manager Gary Fricke at (763) 493-8448.

Where do I check-in?
Once you have unloaded and parked your car, please stop at the exhibitor check-in/information table near Ballroom A to let us know you have arrived. If you find you need additional supplies or have questions we will happy to help you. Please direct all requests at this location.

When can I set up my exhibit booth?
You may begin setting-up your booth at 8 a.m. on Friday morning. If you need to make other arrangements, contact Expo Manager Gary Fricke at (763) 493-8448. Each booth will have a sign, 2 chairs and an 8-foot undraped table. Please arrive on time and finish setting up no later than 1 p.m. The expo and Exhibition Hall will open promptly at 2 pm. Your table must be set up and ready. In the event the Exhibitor is a late or no show, the Expo may sell the exhibit space to Wait-List Exhibitors. The Exhibitors fees are non-refundable.

How many people may I bring?
Exhibitors will receive four badges with the purchase of a booth. Badges will be mailed in advance. If you need additional badges, contact the exhibitor check-in/information table near Ballroom A or contact Expo Manager Gary Fricke at (763) 493-8448.

Is electricity Available?
Yes. You will be given an electricity form in your exhibitor information kit.

May I use special lighting or sound?
Exhibits which include the operation of musical instruments, radios, sound projection equipment, public address systems, or any noise making machines must be conducted or arranged so that the sound resulting from the demonstration will not annoy or disturb adjacent exhibitors and their patrons, and not cause the aisles to be blocked. Operators of sound making exhibits must secure approval of operating methods before the use of glaring, chasing or irregular lighting.

What if I have special set-up requirements?
Please note any special requirements on your registration form. We appreciate you calling us in advance with any other setup concerns you may have. S-hooks are available for you to hang posters or banners from the rear partition of your booth. Please do not use any adhesives or materials that will damage the booth materials in any way.

When can I tear down my booth?
Tear-down hours begin promptly at 6 p.m. Sunday, November 11, at the end of the closing ceremonies, and last until 10 p.m. Contact Expo coordinators if you have special needs.

How can I present a free workshop?
A limited number of free workshops will be available to Edge Life Expo exhibitors in 2007. Once you have reserved your exhibition booth, the Edge Life sales team will provide directions on how to apply for a free workshop. Deadline: August 30, 2007. Chosen participants will be notified at least a month before the Expo.

Will food be available at the Edge Life Expo?
Minneapolis Convention Center offers various options for food and drink. Information on eateries in and around downtown Minneapolis will be provided in the Exhibitor Information Kit.

May I distribute my fliers and business information?
Please make information about your business available to patrons from your booth. Distribution of fliers in the aisles is not permitted in order to keep the aisles clear.

May I give away a door prize?
Door prizes are encouraged as a method for collecting valuable information on potential clients. Door prizes are the exhibitor's responsibility. Please bring your own container to collect the entry forms, as well as forms for the attendee to fill out that collects the information you desire. Note that participants need not be present to win. Door prizes will help draw attention to your booth.

What if I know someone who wants to attend the expo?
